Solateria is a 2D Soulslike Metroidvania set in a collapsing Spirit World ravaged by the Shadow Plague. Players control a small Fire Spirit exploring hand-drawn environments, fighting infected creatures, and uncovering secrets. Parrying and dodging are key combat mechanics, while unique fire-based actions let you ignite objects and defeat powerful bosses. As you venture deeper, you’ll face challenges, discover hidden paths, and determine the fate of the Spirit World.

O Studio Doodal

Studio Doodal began in December 2019 with six university students united by a shared goal: to create LAPIN. Today, Studio Doodal is an indie studio that breaks genre boundaries to develop well-crafted PC and console games with unique worlds and distinct art styles.

Our first title, the 2D precision platformer LAPIN, launched in 2023 and quickly recorded "Very Positive" reviews on Steam, achieving a 94% user rating. LAPIN was widely praised by critics and players alike, winning awards such as the Unity Korea Award for Best Graphics, the Grand Prize at GIGDC (Minister’s Award), and the Chungnam Game Award. Following our transition to a corporation in 2023, Studio Doodal secured Pre-A stage funding.

We are currently developing our next project, Solateria, a 2D Soulslike Metroidvania game. Solateria has already gained significant attention, securing spots at both domestic and international exhibitions, including Bitsummit, Tokyo Game Show, BIC and G-Star.

Moving forward, Studio Doodal is dedicated to achieving remarkable goals that only our team can reach, driven by a shared vision for excellence.
