For more than 12 years, he has been at the helm of Warhorse Studios, one of the most successful Czech game studios. He came to Warhorse as one of the few people outside the game industry with expertise in the transformation of large companies, including the restructuring of the European railway carrier AWT or managing investments at Bakala Capital. He set a long-term strategy that contributed to the success of Warhorse Studios, which became part of the Embracer Group in 2019.
