How Do I Get Invited?

All holders of All Access Pass and All Access Pass Plus are invited into the app on a daily basis. Check the e-mail address listed on your ticket, to find your invitation!

Once you are in the app, you can enjoy the powerful features of Eventee matchmaking!

Holders of the Basic Pass are not eligible for the invitation. Please contact us if you wish to upgrade your ticket

If you can't find your invitation, and you bought your ticket more than a day ago, please check your spam folder. For further assistance you can e-mail us at info@gdsprague.com

How Does It Work?

Once you are in the app, there are several steps, that you should do:

1. Complete your profile! Upload your photo and share something about yourself, so people have a good reason to connect with you.

2. Complete your agenda! Head over to the program and find the talks you want to have in your agenda (so people can not book meetings at this time), open the detail and click on the ♥️ icon.

3. Head over to Networking and find people to connect with. You can search directly through our attendee list, or browse in a Tinder-like fashion through the "Meet new people" feature.

4. Once connected, you can initiate a conversation and see if there is an interest for a meeting.

5. To propose a meeting with a connected person, click at the 🕝 icon at the top of the chat window.

6. The meeting proposal will automatically filter time slots available in both of your calendars and will assign you a free table number in our Meeting Zone.

There is a lot more to explore in the Eventee app. You can sign-up for workshops with limited space, view the schedule in your phone, explore our partners and leverage the social wall to share a cool moment and introduce yourself to all attendees!
